The best fats to eat are those from fish oils, nuts and fruits.
As far as vitamins and minerals go, a good source of these would be fresh fruits and vegetables. However, if you do not like them, then you can always add dairy products to your diet. Dairy products such as cheese and butter are a good source of calcium, which is essential for strong bones and teeth. Protein is found in meats and fish but may also be found in peanut butter, eggs and other products which have high levels of protein.
